How did you get into collecting your favourite player?

For me it was back in 1991 final when i 1st saw Michael Jordan play, against the LA Lakers. I remember watching "the spectacular move" where he switched hand's and layed the ball in, in front of a bedazzled Magic Johnson.

When MJ cried after winning his 1st MJ ring i cried as well. From there on i decided to collect everything MJ.

Why did u cry if you'd only just started watching him?
I admit to getting some grit in my eye when KG won a title but I'd been following him for 12 years!!!

Hhhmmmmm, thats a looooooonnnggg time ago for me.

But what memory I have, it was because he was just so big and nasty, and breaking backboards impressed me heaps and i was so fed up about "Michael Jordan this and that", and I had always been fond of centers in the league, rather than flashy guards.
Plus, the catchy songs and those blue shaq attack shoes Ha ha ha
